This license entitles customers to share this footage depending on how it is being shared. 

Standard permissions include:

Use as a Background – The footage is intended to be used as a background for user supplied content to overlay, such as corporate video presentations and training materials. The user content must overlay at least 50% of the length of each clip used.

  1. Websites – The footage can be used on social media websites, in mobile apps and on sites such as YouTube or Vimeo. It can even be used in content that will be digitally downloaded.

  2. Presentations and Performances – The footage can also be used at live performances such as musicals, corporate presentations, concerts and musicals.

Standard permissions do not include:

  1. Television Distribution – This license does not permit for any usage in television shows or commercials. Usage is also prohibited for distribution over any broadcast, cable or satellite.

  2. Feature Film Distribution – Use in a feature film for distribution in movie theaters is not permitted, along with distribution in Over-the-Top services like Netflix, HBO or Amazon Prime.
