I have wanted to communicate aspects of my career, my adjustment to the world of business, and my adjustment to living and working in East Asia, where I had to deal with different cultural, language, and ethical issues on a weekly if not daily basis.
I chose to recount events from an 18-month period in the early 1990s which demonstrate the issues and difficulties I had as a young American expat businessman.
This tale is told in dialogue and visuals in the form of a feature film screenplay with supporting production design tools. The main components are story, characters and locations, with additions of storyboards, animatics and visualizations of fx sequences of selected sequences.
Story
